Bianca Stawiarski, from Warida Wholistic Wellness (Empowerment 4 Riders), is passionate about empowering women to explore, embrace and reconnect with their inner fire. She brings an earthy Indigenous connectedness to everything she does, while assisting women to build personal social and emotional resilience with a trauma-informed lens; in sensitive I-Thou partnership with horses. Whether this be through:
- Facilitating confidence building;
- Assisting the development of individual resilience and awareness;
- Promoting the reduction of anxiety;
- Encouraging emotional regulation;
- Assisting with the stablisation, processing and integration of trauma; and
- Skills development, including horse archery as an empowerment tool.
Bianca brings over 35 years horse riding experience in various disciplines – pony club, equestrian vaulting and horse archery, combined with the proven ability to improve confidence and assist people to develop a horse partnership. She has represented Australia in USA Horse Archery competitions in 2014 (Texas) and 2015 (Texas and Pennsylvania). She also has Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) and Equestrian Australia (EA) Official & Coach accreditation.
Bianca has qualifications as a Professional Transformational Coach (Dip. Life Coach); Equine Assisted Psychotherapist (EPI model); Counsellor (Master of Counselling Practice); Horse Archery Instructor (Level 2); and Equestrian Australia Vaulting Coach (Intro). Her specialised abilities as a Horse Riding Confidence Building coach has been recognised nationally. She uses a combination of proven psychological techniques and strategies to explore, raise awareness and acceptance of experience while promoting an I-Thou relational interaction with horses in the therapeutic space.
Empowerment 4 Riders is a part of Warida Wholistic Wellness Pty Ltd, a Supply Nation Indigenous identified business and fully covered by insurance. Bianca has a current Working with Children clearance, first aid certificate and Child Safe RAN. Bianca draws additional strength from her strong Badimaya (Indigenous) and Ukrainian heritages, along with her sense of community. Based in Lower Hermitage (Adelaide Hills).
